About Eventi
Eventi is a focused set of event planning tools for hosts and planners who want to keep guest management, seating charts, photo galleries, and invitation emails in one place, without paying a monthly subscription.
Why we built Eventi
We built Eventi because we were wedding planners ourselves and found the existing tools lacking what we actually needed. Every option felt like a compromise: some focused only on RSVPs, others only on a single piece of the puzzle like a seating chart or a photo gallery. None of them brought guest collection, invitations, seating, and photo sharing together in one place. So we built the tool we wished we had.
What we build
Most event planning ends up scattered across spreadsheets, a separate seating chart tool, a shared photo folder, and a chain of email invitations. Eventi consolidates that workflow into three products designed to work together:
- Guest management and email invitationsCollect names and emails, send invites, and track RSVPs. Choose from pre-built invitation email templates for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and galas, personalized per guest with no per-recipient fees. Free for unlimited guests.
- Seating charts and floor plansDrag and drop tables, assign guests, and let guests look up their table from any phone. Free for events up to 50 guests.
- Event photo galleriesOne shared gallery for the whole event. Guests upload from their phone with no app install or signup.
Why pay-per-event
Most event planning software is built around recurring subscriptions, but most people host a handful of events per year. A wedding, a milestone birthday, a company offsite. Subscriptions do not fit that shape. Eventi is free to start and you only pay a one-time fee per event when you need to unlock a larger guest list or expanded gallery storage. No credit card to sign up, no auto-renewal, no surprise charges months after the event is over.

How we manage your data
Guest lists, RSVPs, and event photos are sensitive. We do not sell guest data, we do not share it, and we do not use it to train third-party models. Gallery content is automatically deleted 90 days after the event date so you can back up what you want and the rest does not sit around indefinitely.
