Your event now gets a homepage. Enable the Landing Page app from "Apps & Publishing", design it however you like, and publish one link that becomes the front door for your guests.

Design it with blocks

• Build your page from blocks you can drag to reorder: text, photos, video embeds, a countdown, an event schedule, an FAQ, and more.
• Upload a hero photo, add a page background, or place a photo beside your text.
• Pick fonts and colors in the theme panel, and see every change in a live preview as you work.

Start from a template

• Choose a wedding, company event, or birthday template to get a full page in one click, then edit anything you want.
• The wedding template comes with a story section, schedule, travel notes, a Q&A, a wedding party with photos, and a registry, ready for your details.

Guide guests to everything

• Add blocks that link straight to your RSVP, seating chart, and photo gallery, pre-filled with the right addresses.
• Guests can look up their personal RSVP link right on the page by entering the email their invitation was sent to.

For power users

• Drop in a Custom HTML and CSS block when you want full control over a section. We clean it on save so your published page stays safe.

Publish when you are ready

• Save your work as a draft, then publish when it looks right. Your edits stay private until you click Publish, and you can revert to a draft to take the page offline at any time.
• Share the link or download a QR code to put on invitations and signage.

A few touches to make arranging the floor plan feel quicker and more direct.

Scroll or pinch to zoom

• Zoom the floor plan with a plain mouse-wheel scroll or a two-finger trackpad gesture, anchored on your cursor — no need to reach for the + / − buttons (which are still there if you prefer them).
• Trackpad pinch keeps working, and the page itself never zooms or scrolls out from under you.

Drag guests between seats

• Drag an already-seated guest's name straight to another seat or table to move them, with a label trailing your cursor so you can see who you're moving.
• Drop onto a taken seat to swap the two guests, exactly like dragging from the guest list.

Save where you're working

• In the floor plan view the Save button now sits in the toolbar right above the canvas, next to Export PNG, instead of up in the page header — so it's close to what you're editing, with an unsaved-changes hint beside it.

The floor plan editor gives you finer control over where everyone sits and a closer look at the room.

Assign specific seats

• Every table now shows lettered seats (Seat A, Seat B, Seat C, and so on) up to its capacity.
• Drop a guest onto a table to fill the next open seat in order, or drop them onto a specific seat to place them exactly where you want.
• Drop a guest onto a seat that is already taken to swap the two guests.
• Each table's properties panel lists guests by seat and lets you change a guest's seat from a dropdown.
• Two guests with the same name are now kept separate, so seating one no longer moves the other.

Zoom and pan the floor plan

• Use the zoom controls in the top right of the canvas, or hold Cmd/Ctrl and scroll, to zoom in on a busy room without zooming the whole page or losing the sidebar.
• When zoomed in, drag an empty part of the canvas to pan around.
• On touch devices, pinch to zoom and use two fingers to pan.

The floor plan editor now bends to your venue instead of the other way around.

Custom labeled elements

• A new Custom Label element drops a box onto the canvas that you can rename to anything: a stage, AV station, exhibitor booth, registration desk, gift table, cake table, and so on.
• Resize it like any other element so it matches the footprint in your room.

Rotate elements

• Tables, the bar, the dance floor, and custom elements can now be rotated. Use the Rotation field for an exact angle or the +90 degrees button for a quick turn.

Bundle pricing

• The Seating Chart and Photo Gallery upgrades can now be unlocked together for a single event at a lower combined price.

Invitations get easier to start from, whether you want a ready-made design or a head start on your own.

More built-in templates

• Added templates across more event types so there is a closer starting point for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, showers, graduations, and more.
• Browse and preview them with sample event details on the templates page after you sign up.

Copy the AI prompt

• Each template now has a Copy prompt action that copies a ready-to-use AI prompt, so you can hand it to your favorite assistant and tailor the wording without starting from a blank page.

Hosts on a paid gallery can now grab the entire album in one go instead of saving photos one at a time.

Bulk gallery download

• A new Download all action packages every photo and video in your gallery into a single ZIP file.
• The ZIP is built in the background and emailed to you when it is ready, so a large gallery does not tie up your browser.
• Available on the paid gallery app. Request it again any time new photos come in to get a refreshed archive.

The floor plan you build inside Eventi can now appear to guests when they look up their seat.

Floor plan visibility

• New Show floor plan within seating chart toggle, available both in the event configuration screen and inside the floor plan editor itself.
• When enabled and a floor plan exists, guests who search their name in the seating chart viewer see the venue layout with their table highlighted. When multiple guests share a name, every candidate table is lit up at once so they can pick the right one.
• Off by default and instantly reversible: uncheck the box, hit Save, and the viewer goes back to a names-only experience without touching your saved layout.

Sending the invite is now part of the same workflow as collecting the guest list.

Templates

• Create reusable email templates for save-the-dates, invites, reminders, and thank-yous.
• The templates page now shows up even before you've added guests, so you can draft messages while your list is still coming together.
• Webhooks notify you when an email bounces or fails to deliver so nobody silently misses an invite.

RSVP

• Send RSVP requests to guests directly from Eventi. Responses sync back to the guest list automatically.
• The /guests page now displays the shareable guest collection link inline, so you don't have to dig for it.

Signing into Eventi got faster.

• Sign in with Google. Skip the password entirely. Connect your Google account from the sign-in or sign-up page.
• Remember me. The checkbox on the sign-in form now actually keeps you signed in across browser sessions.
• A small but important nudge: after editing an event, the dashboard now reminds you to click Update event before creating a new app for it.

The seating-chart editor moved into Eventi itself, and the gallery app picked up a long-requested feature.

Floor plan editor

• Edit tables and floor plan layouts from inside the Eventi dashboard. No more bouncing between apps.
• Floor plan data is preserved across updates: the API now patches seating-chart config without overwriting your layout.
• Going from Eventi to the edit page bypasses the seating-chart auth gate so you land directly on the editor.

Gallery

• Generate a QR code for any gallery so guests can scan and start uploading photos without typing a URL.
