1. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please change your password right away.

2. Privacy & Your Email

We respect your privacy. We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. We will only use your email to communicate with you about your account, the Service, and important updates.

The same applies to guest emails you add to your events. We will not share or sell guest emails to third parties, and we will not use guest emails for our own marketing purposes. Guest emails are used solely to deliver event-related communications you send through Eventi.

3. Photo Galleries

Eventi makes it easy for event organizers and guests to share photos. As a general rule, Eventi staff will not access images in any photo gallery. The only exception is when there is a technical error or incident affecting a gallery, and the event organizer has explicitly granted us permission to inspect content in order to investigate and resolve the issue. Outside of that narrow case, gallery contents remain private to the event and its invited guests.

Images uploaded to any Eventi gallery must not violate any federal laws and must not depict violence. This includes, without limitation, child sexual abuse material, content that incites or depicts violence against people or groups, and any other content prohibited by applicable law. If content is reported to us, we reserve the right to review the reported gallery and, at our sole discretion, delete the gallery in its entirety and deactivate the associated account without prior notice. Where required by law, we may also report content to the relevant authorities.

Gallery retention: gallery contents are retained for 90 days after the event date and are then automatically deleted. Download anything you wish to keep before then.

4. Security

We follow security best practices to protect your data, including keeping our third-party code dependencies up to date and patching known vulnerabilities as quickly as possible. However, no online service can be perfectly secure. We do not and cannot guarantee that the Service will be free from security breaches, and Eventi cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from a security incident, unauthorized access, or data exposure.

5. Service Availability & Incidents

We maintain alerting and monitoring on our services and will work to resolve any incidents that occur as promptly as possible. That said, we provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and Eventi cannot be held liable for any downtime, data loss, missed events, or other issues caused by outages or service disruptions. We will, however, always work in good faith to fix issues quickly.

6. Support

We offer support primarily through email. We will do our best to respond to support requests as soon as possible, but response times may vary depending on volume and complexity. Eventi cannot be held liable for delayed responses or for any consequences that result from a delayed response.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; to harass or harm other users; to interfere with the operation of the Service; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users’ data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventi and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of Eventi after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
